"Optical Bonding" is an adhesive sheet material used in the gap (air layer) between cover lenses, touch panels, and LCDs. It improves visibility (prevents reflection from outdoor light), increases brightness (approximately 9% increase), enhances impact resistance (prevents cracking of LCDs and touch panels), and allows for reworking of components.
